Returns

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned item's shipping costs are paid for by the customer.

To be eligible for a return/refund:

1. You received your item damaged.

2. Your item is faulty.

3. You received the wrong item.

Refunds
Once we have confirmed that your item has been sent, and made a decision, you will receive confirmation. If your refund is approved, an immediate refund will be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

All EU customers have up to 14 days after purchase to cancel their order and receive a full refund for whatever reason.

For all orders outside the EU, you have up to 60 minutes to request a cancellation and receive a full refund, after that, we can not issue a refund.

Return fees are paid for by the customer.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Our customer support team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have made our policies as fair as possible. We are on your team and are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Having said this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback WILL BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product, or have any issues whatsoever, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.
